My dad is actually a trained sushi chef
It was just for fun and not a career step
On special occasions he’d whip out the skills
and make us sushi and sashimi meals
But now that he’s vegan, gone are the days
where he’d make us sushi and sashimi buffets
But that’s ok because I made my own!
Obviously dad and I are in different skill zones
Limited ingredients and 10 minutes to spare
This was all I had, so it looks quite bare
Definitely need more rice next time,
and maybe more veg would be sublime.
